Mission Statement

Marin Tutors ensures successful learning experiences by providing in home academic and S.A.T. tutoring for K-12 and college students. Through targeted instruction, students are made aware of their strengths and weaknesses. Over time, measurable growth builds esteem and motivation, which enables students to apply study skills and become independent learners. We provide the support and direction students need to maximize their chances of getting into the high school or college of their choice.

Tutors of the Highest Quality: Our tutors have over five years of prior teaching or tutoring experience. All tutors graduated at the top of their college class and many have graduate degrees. Tutors are experienced in helping students with learning differences.

Private, In-Home Sessions: Sessions take place in the home where students feel free to ask questions and are comfortable while learning. Sessions can also be arranged at the school or local library. We provide and teach math, science, English and foreign language curriculums for K-12 students who are home schooled.
