Shannon

As the founder and director of Marin Tutors, Shannon is dedicated to helping students reach their educational dreams. Having taught home school and tutored math for every grade level from fifth through twelfth, she has worked as a mentor for students for over twelve years. A graduate of U.C. Berkeley, Shannon holds a B.A. in economics. She also attended Boston College with an M.A. in school counseling. Having worked as an adjunct professor at the college level, Shannon is familiar with the rigors and competition faced by college students. For five years, she worked as a learning specialist in San Francisco where she assessed children and adults with learning differences.
